Avoid common household allergens with a scheduled duct cleaning, filter replacements, and damper adjustments. Call to inquire about an IAQ package including media filter paired with a UV light and air cleaner.

Basic Silver Service Agreements Include

Complete Air Conditioning and Heating Service $120 1st unit $80 each additional unit

This service includes

-Adding model and serial numbers to customers file 

-Overall health report of the equipment

Air Conditioning Service:

-Checking all capacitors to ensure the capacitors are within proper operating range

-Inspecting contactors for any burnt prongs or insects that can lead to failure

-Amp draws on all motors and compressors

-Inspection of all wiring and connections to ensure there are no loose or burnt wires

-Cleaning all drain lines of any debris or build up that may have occurred 

-Blower motor lubrication(if applicable)

-Checking refrigerant pressures 

-Changing customer supplied air filters

-Temperature drop across evaporator coil

-Washing condenser coils

-Testing thermostat operation and calibration

-Inspection of evaporator coil to see if its dirty(if applicable)

Heating Equipment Service:

-Inspection of heat exchanger for cracks or rust

-Checking all heating equipment safety devices for proper operation

-Cleaning flame sensor

-Complimentary evaporator coil leak check on heat check ups

-Carbon monoxide readings to ensure proper furnace operations

-Amp draws on blower motor and heating elements(if applicable)

-Checking blower motor capacitor to ensure the capacitor is within proper operating range.


Premier Gold Service Agreements Include

Complete Air Conditioning and Heating Service $175 1st unit $125 each additional unit

This service includes

-Adding model and serial numbers to customers file 

-Overall health report of the equipment

-No after hours charge(Monday-Friday excluding Holidays)

-10% discount on repairs(can't be combined with any other offers)

-$200 of full HVAC system replacement(can't be combined with any other offers)
